Intermountain Compensation & Benefits Association (ICBA) is an independent professional association dedicated to advancing the educational and development of compensation, benefits, and total rewards professionals across Utah. Through conferences, seminars, and networking events, we provide a platform for HR leaders to learn, connect, and strengthen their impact in the workplace.
On behalf of the Utah WorldatWork affiliate, we are pleased to announce that our 2026 ICBA Total Rewards Conference will take place on Tuesday, May 5th, 2026, at the University of Utah Garff Business Building in Salt Lake City. This flagship event consistently draws a strong audience of HR and Total Rewards professionals from Utah's largest employers--including the State of Utah, Intermountain Healthcare, the University of Utah, Zions Bank--as well as many mid-sized and emerging companies throughout the Wasatch Front.

- Sponsor a member meeting besides the annual conference
- Provide a speaker at the annual conference (limited to 3, deadline of Feb 15th to confirm speakers)
- Full-page ad on conference agenda (deadline of March 1st for ad)
- Logo displayed on video screen prior to opening and closing sessions
- Logo on chapter web site for one year
- Listed as sponsor on any pre-event promotions (emails, flyers, etc.)
